I woke up with a start again way to early this morning, well I think 4:30 am is too early. My neighbor, who is a police office did leave for work at 5 so I know peoples days do start this early. The had clearly had night sweats again and the back of my neck and hair were just soaked. I wish someone out there would post the herbs that the nutritionist in NYC uses for blasto. I paid a huge consultation fee a few years ago for an initial phone consult and was so upset with the fact that I had pulled together 10 years of history that was ignored.
I guess when you become that good individual stories don't matter since the subject matter expert knows from experience, and I really do get that for the most part, but it makes for a better relationship to acknowledge the patient to some extent. Anyway I did not continue because I did not think the success rate was all that high and I an old pro at going down that road. But I think he/they have improved their approach.
This concept of rotating the few herbs that are powerful enough every few days has some merit, but the golden question is which herbs. I have kinda been approaching that for the last week and yesterday it would have been time to bring in another, but I did not know what to take so decided maybe it was good take a break for a day and here I am one day without taking herbs and back to an early morning attack, from either too much rice or the mini chocolate chips I ate last night. So is this a result of not going for a few days or the fact that I went one day without any herbs. I know the infection is still quit strong and that 8 days or so on herbs is nothing for this mother of them all, but was still not expecting this roller coaster this morning.
so things to consider in a plan moving forward:
adding back in bee pollen
adding enzymes especially lipase
increasing the magnesium
finding a few other herbs to rotate in
adding psyllium husk to help move stuff off my bowel wall
