Yesterday was macaroni salad. I will even eat it with celery so I can make sure I get something alkalizing in the serving. Elbow noodles, specific carbohydrate homemade mayo, mustard, celery, just a few red onion pieces.
Today frozen yogurt. Again specific carbohydrate yogurt. Really just good old fashioned vanilla. Love the taste of vanilla. Or so I remember I did 15 years ago.
